All fees incurred during shipping for customs, import or duties are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping or product fees charged by EcoStylish Living.
Returns & Exchanges At EcoStylish Living we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're unhappy with your order for any reason, you're welcome to return or exchange your items within 15 days of receipt. All items must be unused, unwashed, in their original packaging, and with the original tags. Any damages must be reported within 72 hours of receipt for a refund and/or replacement. Please call us at 1-888-747-0739 during our business hours Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm. Please contact us via e-mail or phone before returning your merchandise so that we can provide you with a shipping label for your return. Be sure to include your order #, name, address. phone number and the item you want to return. For your protection, we recommend that you return all items through a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. EcoStylish Living is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Credit will be issued when the item has been returned and will be applied to the payment method used during purchase.
