EcoStylish was launched for one reason and one reason only! We want to offer you the very best we can find in stylish Organic, Fair Trade and Eco-Friendly products from Socially Consious designers. We want people to feel good about the purchases they make!

Wouldn't it be nice if the dollars you spent on your family also helped the planet?

A few years before EcoStylish was launched, we decided that we wanted to vote with our dollars by making purchases locally and online that supported the things we believe in. We wanted to be an ethical consumer and buy socially responsible products. We were very surprised by what we found online. It was not easy to find products that we could confidently say were a planet friendly and socially responsible. We found alot of "eco" and "green" websites but not many places to buy the products they promoted. The retail sites we found did not have the "wow" factor that made us want to pull out our credit card and make a purchase. Although we wanted to make eco-friendly purchases, we also wanted to buy products that were fashionable and trendy.

That's when the seed was planted for EcoStylish. We work hard to find you products that have that "wow" factor but that you can also feel good about buying. We also work hard to find partners that believe in paying a fair wage and in giving back to their communities.

Corporate and Social Responsibility Policy

We believe in eco-consumerism and that businesses can lead the way in showing social and ethical responsibility. We believe in providing our customers with the best in quality and customer care. We are committed to being responsible citizens and in building practices and policies designed to reduce and conserve.

Greening our Business:

Not only do we require that our suppliers be 'green', but we work hard to ensure our office is as green as possible:

*We do not produce catalogs or do direct mail marketing in order to reduce paper consumption and save trees

*Our website is 100% wind powered

*Our business cards are printed on 100% recycled paper and use AZO Free dyes

*We unplug our computers & accessories at night to reduce our energy consumption.

*We keep our thermostat at least 2 degrees cooler in winter and 2 degrees warmer in summer in order to reduce our energy consumption

*We recycle and compost to substantially reduce what we contribute to landfill

*We use ethanol blend gasoline in our vehicles when we do have to drive.

*We reduce/reuse first, then purchase carbon offsets (wind energy) for the remainder.

We don't profess to be perfect, but we work every day to reduce our footprint

Giving Back:

A portion of our profits are set aside to give back to socially responsible causes.

We support Kiva.org by using part of our profit to give zero interest microfinance loans to struggling entrepreneurs in developing countries. We truly believe that microfinance helps people learn to support themselves and can contribute to ending poverty and hunger. It's a helping hand we can give from one entrepreneur to another.

We also support the World Wildlife Fund. They are one of the best known charities for their commitment to endangered species and habitats. They are also heavily active in efforts to impact climate change and global warming. They use their donations well and ca n boast that 83% of every dollar has gone to conservation programs, which is really quite impressive.
